Patient was a case of Buccal Carcinoma stage 4. He had involvement of left total mandible or jaw bone and plenty of nodes in neck. He was told by senior Oncosurgeons that nothing was possible. After 1 session of laser his pain disssapeared and after 2 sessions of laser there was no sign of tumour on FNAC or Biopsy.
